Q- how long is the contract
A- the initial contract period is 12 months
Q- What happens at the end of the 12-month contract.
A – You have 3 options
1, Return the printer and end the contract,
2, Upgrade to a different printer and start a new 12-month contract.
3, Move to a 30 day rolling contract you can cancel any time.
Q- Can I install the printer myself.
A - Not really, and why would you want to? Our experts will work with you and your I.T. to make sure the installation goes smoothly and will be on hand if there is any hiccups.
Q-What happens if go over my inclusive prints?
A - Much like other contract you have in place E.g. mobile phone, we will bill you separately for your excess prints. The cost per page is 1p for mono and 5p for colour (2p on the P2235nd). Don’t forget you can carry over prints for up to 3 months.
However, if you are consistently going over your volume you can always add additional prints to your contract.
