Infinity small business plans offer fully maintained (i.e. if it breaks, we fix it) business rated, wireless, multi-function printers suitable for 1000 pages a month, as well as unlimited ink for a low monthly fee. An extra set of cartridges will be supplied with your initial order, so you never have a reason to run out of ink. Whenever you need ink, it’s simply a case of ordering by calling or emailing and we will deliver your replacement cartridges free of charge the next working day.

If your printer malfunctions in any way, we will visit you on-site and repair or replace the faulty unit.

1, Once you have completed checkout including direct debit setup, you will receive an email confirming your order.

2, Within 24hrs a member of our team will be in touch to arrange a suitable time for delivery or if you have requested it, Professional installation.

3, Machine will be delivered, and you will be up and running in no time. If you have chosen to install yourself but are having difficulties don’t panic give our team a call and we will do our best to guide you through.

Q- how long is the contract

A- the initial contract period is 12 months

Q- What happens at the end of the 12-month contract.

A – You have 3 options

1, Return the printer and end the contract,

2, Upgrade to a different printer and start a new 12-month contract.

3, Move to a 30 day rolling contract you can cancel any time.

Q- Do you offer an installation service

A – Yes, one of our expert can install the device for the additional cost of £40+VAT

Q- Is it really unlimited ink?

A – Yes it really is, we do however ask that if you are doing more than 1000 pages per month to look at our other package as they may be more suitable. Laser devices are quicker and more reliable for high volumes of print.
