Infinity Large Business packages are tailor-made to suit your companies needs and cover everything from a single printer to a fleet of photocopiers over multiple sites. These managed print service packages offer the highest levels of service, hardware and functionality customised to your needs. In addition to the hardware, we can offer a range of software solutions to help businesses, schools and other organisations manage and streamline document processes. Including Paper-cut, Auto-store and Paperless Sage.

These packages are more traditional cost per page contracts with costs split in to 2 parts, hardware lease and service contract. ultimately this gives you the most cost-effective solutions for higher print volumes.

We use remote monitoring software to report toner levels, error codes and page counts so we can proactively manage your devices.

1, Once you have made your initial enquiry via one of the options above you will be contacted by one of our team. Either by phone for an initial consultation or via email if you have requested the quote.

2, Once you have received your quote one of the team will give you a call to make sure you have all the information you need and give you the opportunity to ask any further questions.

3, If all goes well and your happy with the quote, we will proceed with any paperwork required, finance agreement, service contract etc.

4, Once the paperwork is completed our team will be in touch to arrange a suitable time for delivery and Professional installation, we will ask a few questions about where the printer(s) will be installed and may ask for an I.T. contact to make sure the install goes smoothly.

3, Machine(s) will be delivered, installed, and configured to your requirements.

4, Monitoring software will be installed so we can monitor both usage and toner levels.

5, Our installers will then spend time with your team, training them on how to get the most out of your new printer.

Q – How long are the contracts?

A- contract length can be anywhere between 1-5 years, but the most common terms are 36 and 60 months.

Q- Why can’t I see a price online?

A – Unlike desktop printers’ photocopiers are made up from a base unit + options, there are literally 1000’s of possible configurations. The fastest way to get a quote is to fill in the request a quote form, you will receive a quote within a few hours.

Q- I don’t want to Lease can I purchase?

A – Yes, hardware can be purchased outright, and we can still offer a service contract to suit you.

Q- Do I need to buy toner and how much will it cost?

A – No toner is provided as part of the contract.
